In a sense, the god of this realm. Having been newly appointed this position, he is still learning the ropes of controlling the pocket dimension.

Rod has a habit of falling into his persona of “The Narrator”, an enigmatic otherworldy being who acts like he knows everything in the universe, but he’s trying to break out of that lately. On the downside this mostly makes way for him being constantly stressed and and tired over the running of the city.

… He may or may not also keep the frozen head of Walt Disney hidden in his office. Some of the robot residents have been spreading this rumor around from the beginning and it doesn’t seem to be letting up any time soon.
